Working out with a group is a fun, enjoyable and motivational way to exercise. We have a range of exercise classes for all levels for you to join in! All our teachers are happy to give advice and support, before, during and after each session.
Classes take place in the sports hall allowing plenty of space. The class timetable offers over 30 sessions each week. The classes are instructed by many of the top instructors in the area and are regularly updated to meet the requirements of our members.
Only spin, rebound and the Saturday Pilates classes need to be booked in advance at reception or by phoning 01908 358383, all other classes simply come along!
